Mid-game боссы (Caves — Depths)
Caves и Catacombs эскалируют сложность. Mega Fatty — charge и projectile vomit. The Peep — tears в rotating patterns с toxic creep. Chub — worm как Larry Jr., но быстрее. Loki — four-directional bursts и teleport. Fistula делится при уроне — убейте все fragments. The Bloat — Brimstone beams сверху и flies. Эти боссы учат pattern recognition для Hush и Delirium.
Late-game main path боссы
- Mom's Heart / It Lives! — Финальный main path boss. Heart spawns enemies и blood shots. It Lives! (Hard) добавляет stomp и faster spawns. The Fool card после боя к strange door для Ending 12+.
- Satan (Sheol) — Две фазы. Phase 1 — Brimstone beams. Phase 2 — hand slams. Sheol через devil deals или items.

- Blue Baby (Chest) — Финал Chest path. Triple tears и flies. Полный main path без devil deals к Dark Room.

Repentance endgame боссы
Hush — Blue Womb boss, massive HP sponge с bullet hell phases. Доступ: run 30+ минут или specific items. Delirium — Void boss, morphs в random previous bosses с chaotic projectiles — сложность зависит от формы. Mother — alt path Depths II boss, tentacle attacks и spawn waves. The Beast — финальный alt path boss на Home: horizontal chase, dodge fire columns, стрельба вверх. Каждый endgame boss — completion mark.
Боссы alt path floors
Alternate path floors — свои boss pools. Downpour: Rainmaker, Reap Creep, Wormwood и main bosses вроде Scourge. Mines/Ashpit: Hairy Head, Colostomia, Turdlings — multi-segment или split-phase.
