The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth には20以上のエンディング — 異なるボス撃破とパスシーケンス完了でアンロック。エンディングは narrative カットシーンだけでなく各々アイテム、キャラ、フロア、ゲーム機構をアンロック。Ending 1 は基本 Mom キル、Ending 20 は Repentance Alt Path Ascent 完了と The Beast 撃破が必要。どのエンディングが何をアンロックするか理解すると特定進行目標への Run 優先に役立ちます。

コアエンディング（1-12）

エンドゲームエンディング（16-20）

Ending 16 は Mega Satan 撃破 — Cathedral と Sheol 両 Key Piece 必要 Golden Door 裏2フェーズ戦。Ending 17 は類似 Mega Satan パス別カットシーン。Ending 18 は Alt Path Corpse II Mother 撃破。Ending 19 は Alt Path Ascent 中 Dogma 撃破後 — Home 前 penultimate ボス。Ending 20 は true final — Home Alt Path Ascent 中 The Beast 撃破。Ending 20 で Repentance narrative arc 完了。

各エンディングルートへの到達

• Ending 1-11 — Mom's Heart または It Lives! 撃破し光へ。反復勝利で subsequent エンディング。
• Ending 12 — It Lives! 撃破、開始部屋へ戻り壁爆破、ボス部屋 The Fool Card で Strange Door。
• Ending 14（Cathedral） — Angel Room Deal、Devil Deal 回避。Angel ルートで Cathedral。
• Ending 15（Sheol） — Devil Deal。Devil ルートで Sheol。
• Ending 16-17（Mega Satan） — Uriel と Gabriel Angel ミニボスから両 Key Piece。Dark Room/Chest 開始 Golden Chest に Key。
• Ending 18-20（Alt Path） — Depths II Alt Path、Downpour/Mines/Mausoleum/Corpse、Mother、Ascent、Home The Beast。

各エンディングはセーブに永久コンテンツアンロック。Ending 1 は Eden と The Womb。Ending 12 は Blue Womb と Hush。Mega Satan エンディングは Mega Satan 戦と関連アイテム。Repentance Ending 18-20 は Alt Path 永久 — Ending 18 後 Mother 戦が将来全 Alt Path Run で可能。The Beast エンディングは Repentance ストーリー完了、全キャラ Beast Completion Mark — Dead God 向け。

エンディングスピードランとルーティング
